ABOUT THE COLLEGE
Maharana Pratap College was established in 1979 under the trust of the Maharana Pratap Educational Vidyalay Society on a 10-acre campus in Mohania and Kaimur districts, Bihar. College is situated at the side of the National Highway and about 1 km from Bhabua Road Railway Station. Maharana Pratap College was established as an undergraduate multidisciplinary college, and the college was introduced, there were B.Ed. and M.Ed. programmes recognized by ERC, Bhubaneswar, NCTE. The college is affiliated to Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, Bihar, as a private aided college, and 2(f) and 12(B) are recognized by UGC.
Maharana Pratap College is a premier institution dedicated to teaching and producing future citizens for the nation whose hearts are cultured in indigenous values and minds are sharpened in critical thinking. The college relentlessly pursued the ideals set by its founders and took pride in creating a holistic learning atmosphere for students from diverse backgrounds at a minimum cost. It has highly qualified academicians who impart education in science, commerce, arts, BBA, BCA, and the department of education at the undergraduate and post graduate levels to more than 5000 students.
