Internal Complaint Committee (ICC)
Maharana Pratap College, Mohania is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all students, employees, and stakeholders. The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) is established to address and resolve complaints related to sexual harassment, discrimination, and other forms of misconduct.
Objective
The ICC aims to:
1. Prevent and address sexual harassment, discrimination, and misconduct.
2. Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and dignity.
3. Ensure timely and fair resolution of complaints.
4. Provide support and guidance to complainants.

Procedure for Filing Complaints
- Submit written complaints to the Presiding Officer or ICC members.
- Provide details of incident(s), dates, and witnesses (if any).
- ICC will acknowledge receipt and initiate inquiry.
